Store terms

What you buy

Purchases are digital items and perks for your character on z0ne's Island: donor ranks, loot chests and cosmetics. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and exist only inside the game. Prices are in US dollars and payments are handled by PayPal; we never see your card details.

Delivery

Items are delivered to the game account you are signed in with. If you are online they arrive within about fifteen seconds; if you are offline they wait until you next log in. They go to your inventory, or to your bank when your inventory is full. If both are full, the delivery waits until you make space or type ::claim.

Donor ranks

• Ranks are permanent for the life of the server. Every rank adds a rank icon and title, your name in your rank colour in chat, and entry to the Donor Lounge. Higher ranks add ::yell, teleports in your rank colour and a login announcement, as listed on the store page.
• Upgrading to a higher rank costs only the difference from the rank you already own.
• Frost, Aurora and Polaris ranks each include one piece of the winter set, which is powerful equipment that does affect combat. Rank perks never change skills or drop rates. You can hide your title with ::donortitle.

Loot chests

• Each chest gives one random reward when opened in game. The exact chance of every reward is listed on the store page before you buy, and every opening is recorded.
• Chest rewards include cosmetics and rare equipment such as the winter set, and every reward can be traded to other players. Chests never contain coins or game currency.
• Loot chests are for players aged 18 or over.
• Loot chests are not sold to buyers in Belgium or the Netherlands. If PayPal reports one of those countries, the order is stopped before any money is taken.

Refunds and chargebacks

Because items are delivered to your character immediately, purchases are final once delivered, unless the law where you live says otherwise. If something did not arrive or went wrong, contact us in the Discord and we will put it right. If a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, the matching rank and items are removed from the account, and accounts used for payment fraud may be banned.

Your account

Sign in with the same username or email and password you use in game. We never ask for your password anywhere else. Keep it private; purchases go to whoever is signed in.
